Pricing

Our pricing is simple. Charges for manuscript editing are per page of body text. References/bibliographies, illustrations, and formatting for a specific journal are priced separately.

One page = double-spaced, 12-point Arial or Times New Roman; approximately 250 words per page.

  • Basic editing - $20 per page
  • English-language editing (includes Basic Editing) - $25 per page
  • Substantive editing - add $10 per page
  • Formatting to journal or publisher specificatons (including reference list or bibliography) - add $5 per page

Illustrations for manuscripts and scientific posters (created or redrawn from your provided drawing or electronic file)

  • Charges vary according to complexity; contact us for an estimate.

Presentation service charges are as follows.

  • PowerPoint slide editing (grammar, language, appearance) - $1 per slide
  • PowerPoint template design - $25
  • Scientific poster design (based on your provided content) - $50

Payment Options

Payment Options

You will be invoiced for services rendered within one week of completion of the project. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Payments can be made by PayPal (preferred method), Western Union funds transfer, bank-to-bank wire transfer (with a $15 processing fee for US clients and $25 processing fee for non-US clients).

  • With PayPal, you may pay by credit card (no PayPal account required) or make a transfer from your bank account (if you are a registered PayPal user). Well Written will not have access to your credit card or banking information if you use this option. We will be notified automatically that you have paid the invoice. Please include the invoice number on your remittance. [PayPal service under construction.]
  • Western Union charges a service fee that varies by country and amount sent. Visit www.westernunion.com for more information. Please send your Western Union confirmation to me via e-mail if you choose this payment method. [find out how this works]
    Wire Transfer. A wire fee of $15 for US clients or $25 for non-US clients will be added to your invoice amount to cover service charges. Please tell us in advance that you intend to use this method of payment.
